This case series shows that children with a 16p11.2 duplication can have a wide range of learning, behavior, and developmental differences—from mild learning challenges to autism and intellectual disability— reminding families and providers that outcomes vary greatly and care should be individualized, with ongoing developmental and behavioral monitoring as children grow.
